Sales Manager

The Sales Manager leads the sales team by hiring, training, and motivating. They will develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale. The ideal candidate is a motivated and well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of real estate and leading a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, motivate and develop a leading sales team though on-going coaching
  • Develop sales training curriculum for agents
  • Conduct weekly trainings with all agents
  • Ensure the sales team works cross functionally with management
  • Act as a liaison with sales team and management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Commercial Real Estate experience
  • New York Real Estate License
  • Previous leadership role
  • Ability to inspire and grow a sales team through ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Excellent both written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-oriented
  • 3+ years’ of sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business added bonus
